This is absolutely the ultimate bread knife! I love that it's much longer (10" instead of 8" like most bread knives) so that I can get through loaves of sourdough. It is so sharp that it cuts right through crusty bread, but doesn't crush the fluffy interior. The is the only bread knife you'll ever need!

When they say ultimate bread knife, they mean ultimate bread knife. This knife is serrated so that it cuts through the toughest breads with ease. The difference is completely noticeable!

The Pro series bread knife has a serrated edge that is unlike anything you've every used before. The serrations are in a scalloped shape and the longer teeth puncture the crust first and then the knife easily cuts through the soft center without squishing. Like all knifes in this series this knife is perfectly weighted and has the curved bolster for a comfortable pinch grip for the thumb and forefinger.

I can't begin to tell you how much I use this knife. Yes bread, any kind but I seem to use it for taking apart large melons the most. The serrations are so sharp and pierce what ever your cutting instantly. Works on the biggest watermelons, cantaloupes and even works great on eggplant.

This Pro bread knife is one of the great Pro tools you will need for your kitchen - especially if you buy un-sliced loaves or make bread! Great to have handy for slicing at the thickness every person wants. The curved bolster is better for finger support & comfort. All made with the Zwilling German ice-hardening process for sharper, more durable knives!

I own a lot of knives but this bread knife has to be one of my favorites. I make a lot of homemade bread and needed something that will slice without smashing or tearing. This knife has a very unique scalloped serration that slices perfectly. The 10" blade can handle absolutely anything, including watermelons! It's forged and has a curved bolster so it is very comfortable to use. I know becasue it's the Pro line, it's going to stay sharp and last a lifetime.

Like that this serrated Pro Bread knife slices without crushing bread, tomatoes or cakes. It slices so cleanly very few crumbs are left behind. Even the 10" lenght is perfect.

I think this is the best bread knife I have every owned. The serration is unequaled at slicing bread and in my kitchen cakes, without any crumb. The 10 inch length can score and slice through a cake round, take on a large loaf of artisan bread or cut a finshed cake in one swoop.

The large and small scallops found on this ultimate bread knife allow slicing of bread without tearing and fewer crumbs. Combined with the length of blade, slice easily through wide round loaves of bread with ease. The Pro curved bolster promotes the proper grip for added control and knuckles stay clear of cutting board.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
