I was gifted this knife for Christmas and I've got to say it's one of the best knifes I've ever had. Great balance, stays sharp, comfortable to use, and overall excellent quality! If you're looking for an all round chef knife, this is the one to get!

My new Chef knife Zwilling Pro series is a bit different shape from my previous 1985 knife. It seems very sharp hoping it holds it's edge like previous ones.

I thought I owned good knives... Pfft... Was I ever wrong. They were subpar... All of them... Every knife I owned up to this point... I didn't know any better, but now I do... I received these knives as a gift from my boyfriend (I definitely am keeping him around now!) and he was a little hesitant giving them to me because he wanted them for himself lol. They're even better than my knives was the confession as I opened them... And he's right, they are. They are better than any knives I've ever used. I received this knife as well as the paring, santuko and steak knife set. And slicing is an art form... It's so simple and easy... The weight is so balanced and they just feel good in your hands... I am shook.

I've had the same knife for about 10 years, and I cook quite often. After sharpening that one a couple of times, it was like trying to cut with a butter knife. My husband surprised me with this knife that I had been wanting for a very long time and it is NOT disappoint!! I'm in love, I would to do much with this knife! Cuts so thin and so easily that it makes cooking so enjoyable! Very happy!!

I have loved using this knife in my home kitchen! At the start of quarantine, I started cooking far more often, and I was using an old knife set my parents gave me. I hated chopping vegetables and the prep work became my least favorite part of the process, but getting this knife has absolutely changed this! Tasks I used to hate are now much faster and safer, and it has increased the quality of my cooking!

This is one of the best knives I have owned! I got this knife as a gift from my husband, I am a home cook so I've never had anything to extravagant. Woth working remotely due to COVID I have been in the kitchen testing my skills a lot more! This knife is amazing! I'm looking forward to using this everyday and it is definitely night and day above any knife I have owned!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
