I bought 4 of these and they just went through their first test: Overnight rains with wind gusts to ~25 mph. Opened them up to check this morning and everything dry as a bone. I did put a tie around the cover on the vertical heater pipe to lessen the profile/sail effect in the winds and to lessen movement of cover to reduce chafing/wear spots.

Purchased this for a patio heater that I purchased from another vendor. The size is roomy and the full length zipper will make it easier to put on. The heavy duty flannel-backed vinyl is what I expected for the price. Appears to be well made and will suit my needs well. But I do expect it will not hold up for more than a couple of years in the sun here in AZ. The metal pole that several people have mentioned slips into a sleeve at the left side of the zipper and stabilizes the zipper making it easier to put the cover on the heater.

This just arrived and it is phenomenal! Definitely worth the cost! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a GOOD cover. The lining is soft, the zipper moves easily, and the cover itself is nice and heavy.

We bought two of these for our backyard. These are high grade stainless and quite heavy duty as compared with most of the backyard patio heaters you can buy, more comparable to a commercial heater. Assembly was straightforward, and it cranks out the heat. Nice battery operated electric starter makes these a breeze to light.

Purchased to cover my Fire Sense Hammer Tone Bronze Commercial Patio Heater. It's a bit taller than expected, being a short guy I still need to stand on a chair to get it over the reflector dish. But once the cover is on, it certainly seems to do a good job protecting the heater. I don't think I'll leave it out over the winter, but for rainy nights or times when we're not using the heater for a while, it will certainly add an extra layer of protection.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
