High performance cooking modes include Two Element Bake, Convection Bake, TruConvec Convection Cook, Convection Roast, Convection Broil, Hi Broil, Medium Broil, Low Broil, Convection Dehydrate, and Convection Defrost. Go from toasting to searing using Hi, Med, or Low functions with the 10-pass electric broiler and heat reflector. The upper oven includes a meat probe to ensure items are cooked to perfection. This 4. 3 cubic foot self-cleaning oven comes with four Tru-Glide full extension oven racks, two heavy-duty racks, and six rack positions. The digital clock/timer provides the time, has a 100-minute timer, and numerous timed cooking functions. Two halogen oven lights provide plenty of light throughout the oven cavity. This 3 Series Viking oven is Star-K certified with a dedicated Sabbath mode.
