3 stars for now because they're still relatively new. Also, there was a shipping error and was sent the wrong set, so i had to wait another 2 weeks to get what i ordered. So 5 weeks total pretty much. Which was disappointing. BUT customer service was nice and understood my impatience. So i appreciated that. Long story short, I do like my pan set! I need to completely learn how to properly clean and care for them though. Theyre beautiful.

This set is nice but the bottom does get scratched up from using on a gas stove. I used bars keepers friend as directed with none scratch sponge but still have scratching from spatula inside pan, uneven cooking in pan also happens when flame is used directly in the middle.

Very nice in terms of quality and look. The lids are a perfect match. However, I would say a bit to pricey.

After using cookware with a min-stick coating for 30+ years, I wanted to try cookware that is reportedly healthier without possible carcinogens from scratched surfaces, overheating, etc. While I very much value and appreciate a healthy alternative, my experience so far is frustrating. Everything (other than soups, sauces) sticks to the pan. Especially eggs.

The pots and pans are #1 in performance, quality and craftsmanship. I've had a couple pans for years now and came back for the full set. Products perform really well and love supporting American workers. After using these, I donated everything else. No comparison.

Pans are beautiful! It has been a steep learning curve for our household as we have never used stainless steel pans (always have used nonstick) and also now have an induction stove top, but the pans heat so evenly and if you watch enough videos on the proper way to use stainless steel you will be cooking without sticking in no time! Very impressed and look forward to learning more and more about cooking with these pans!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
