The unit was completed trashed inside. The racks were all askew/tristed. There were 2 additional cooling fans inside and an extra circuit board that was just left to bounce around during transit. The unit was clearly used before with spills inside, on the racks and on the cooling fins. Now for the real fun part. The unit did not even work. Turned on but would not chill to lower than 62 degrees. What a disaster.

using strictly standard size 750ml bottles - nothing with wide bottoms this only holds 20 bottles with two shelves extracted. Not what was advertised ! What do you display in your ads - splits and half-bottles ??? Very disappointed !

Digital touch board does not work correctly. Two repairs attempted, parts replaced, constant beeping noises have stopped but temp displays still don't function correctly. Warranty repairs handled by 3rd party. Good luck dealing with them.

The product is a great one for a starting vino freak. The shelves do not allow for multiple kinds of shelving. Only the standard bourdux bottle will work. No more no less. If you do put different types of bottles you must skip the shelving which means you can not hold 28 bottles.

Item sent asome a surprise Christmas present but somehow the handle was missing. An email to customer care put me in touch with Vincent. The poor man, I think I drove him crazy. He stood tall and stuck with methough and after a second try, I received the missing handle. The first one was for a different model even though the packing slip listed the correct model cooler. Thank you Vincent for going the extra mile to make my present complete.

The cooling kit on our AW-281E needed replacement. Vincent was very helpful with the troubleshooting and replacement process. Our wine cooler works great again.

I bought this to as a Wineador, which is a fancy cooler to keep cigars correctly humidified.Not only did NewAir have the lowest price, it had free shipping too! The packaging was very adequate for a 60 pound item. Ended up buying a warranty through SquareTrade only cause I have a few plans with them already. If I didn't, I would gladly buy one from NewAir. Although I didn't use it, It made me feel better knowing that NewAir has a 30 day back money back guarantee. Highly recommended, and will be using these guys for future cooling products!

I have had my unit for four years and it is still working, although if the ambient temperature rises above 76 degrees, the unit has trouble now in getting below 57 degrees. May have to replace the cooling unit, which is cheaper than buying a whole new cooler. Overall, pleased with the purchase.

This New Air wind cooler is great!!! I don't hear a thing and it stays pretty precise with temp 55. It can flectuate a few degrees depending on room temp. The price was great for such a nice unit. Racks don't glide out very smoothly but I can deal with the little effort. Highly recommend NewAir products. Very happy with purchase and customer service has been outstanding with questions and help ordering.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
