Absolutely love mine. I'm using it to store my cigar collection. Everything works fine & only had one small dent on the left side that's barely noticeable & completely hidden where i have it sitting.

NOT an improvement on the previous model, which I own and love but couldn't find to order another since it's no longer being manufactured. I figured this new model would be fairly similar, but the racks are AWFUL! They don't allow nearly enough space for most bottles, and I don't know why they placed those bars on the front of the shelves because those make it practically impossible to just pull out a particular bottle, the bottles always catch on the bar. And loading the cooler is extremely awkward. The older model had plenty of space on the racks, much easier to load and unload, wish I could have found another instead of this major step backward in design. Really disappointed.Would have rated it just one star if not for the affordability of the product.

Product still works, however I was surprised at how "blemished" it was. Pretty good dents and dings in various places. Cover doesn't stay on top of the cords on the door hinge. Large ding on the door. Looks like the unit had been dropped pretty harshly. I'm concerned about how long the unit may work, or if the motor was in anyway damaged.

NIce size, feels well built, keeps the temp very well, digital read out is very accurate on my fridge. 28 bottles fit if all are skinny shaped. Had to remove a shelf to fit some bottles that have fat bottoms. I expected I would have to do that so I ordered the 28 bottle fridge over the smaller fridge. I am hoping I can get a few years out of mine.

The bottles do not fit properly, the shelves do nothing t pull or easily, and overall poor design. Further the customer service is very poor at best.

I'm happy with the wine cooler. I'm a recent wine enthusiast. Only thing I would improve is the space between the racks. Can not really fit non-standard shaped 750ml bottles that well. Overall, I would recommend this wine cooler! Looks nice, chills accurately!

Second wine fridge I've purchased from New Air, works as a wine fridge should. Had to buy a second because the first was left in the house I sold. Good service, and fast delivery. No problems.

The NewAir-281E Wine Cooler is a nice addition to my home for wine storage. It provides room for 28 bottles (laying down), has an attractive appearance, convenient digital temperature control, and an awesome blue interior light. Had a warranty defect after 3 months, but "Evan" in the service department was excellent and was able to diagnose over the phone and ship me a replacement part.

This product is being put in our basement bar that we just redid. We initially had it floating and then bought another one, so we have two, because we loved it so much. It's very sturdy and holds a ton of wine, but we also love beer, so can hold beer as well. Highly recommend! Also, customer service was great.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
