Although the wine cooler was sold as blemished it arrived in great condition and works perfectly. I could not find a blemish on it. Very happy with this purchase.

I got this for Christmas and I love it! It compliments the apartment well with its sleek design, blue LED light, and modern display. I had sent on the door when it arrived and customer service was very helpful in sending me a replacement door and the instructions step by step on how to change it over. Now I gotta talk my fiancé into letting me buy a humidor version!

Purchased this 28 bottle wine Fridge at Best Buy. Upon opening the box I noticed that the top Hinge cover was broken I took pictures of it and notified the NewAir customer servicer. Elizabeth was really great with Prompt replies back to me. Within a day she had a new replacement cover shipped to me. I would highly recommendd buying from New Air.

Just what I was looking for! Holds a lot more bottles than my original one that went out on me and I really love the look of the new air and the interior is phenomenal. I will recommend to all my friends to purchase a new air wine cooler.

This product is marketed as fitting 28 bottles. When the fridge arrived at my apartment, I had 25+ bottles of wine on hand. Just 1 was the size needed in order to squeeze 28 bottles into this fridge. After I removed two of the shelves and flipped a third shelf, I was able to squeeze in 14 bottles, with room for 3 more of these "normal" size bottles. The fridge seems to be working well and the adjustable legs are great for uneven floors, hence the additional star provided on the review.

this thing is not blemished it was dropped the feet are crushed also missing the plastic scew on feet on the bottom and the frame and metal are unfixable.. but thats what you get when you buy blemished i guess.

This unit works like a champ! At least it did until yesterday, when it died. You may be wondering why I'd give it 5 stars if it just died. Well, we bought it July 2010! Yep 2010. Worked like a champ for over 9 years. Now with that said, although it was the same model, it was a previous version. This new version I am rating we also own, we bough it in May 2019. I would give it 4 1/2 stars really, if they gave that option. So far it also works like a champ, it has not varied from the set temp by more than 1 degree, even in the hot southern summer. The reason for the 4 1/2 stars is the shelving. NOT an improvement. It is so hard to get even normal sized bottles in and out, but Pinot, Chard, or Syrah bottles... forget it! Otherwise, the look of it is nice, the controls are an improvement, and it is very quiet. If you are looking for long term storage (mostly cab bottles) and not constantly putting bottles in and taking bottles out, I would definitely recommend it - the temperature is very consistent. If the shelves are improved and easier to use we will most definitely buy again.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
