Hi there! This griddle should not warp if used and maintained properly. It is made from 14 gauge stainless steel, weights 23 pounds and hand-welded on the underside with cross bracing for added support.
Asked by Jrock | Answered by Tiffany, BBQGuys ExpertHi Jerry, thanks for asking. While this does require regular cleaning and maintenance for long lasting use, Stainless Steel does not require seasoning and oil like cast iron does and can be washed with water.

It is recommended that you have at least 1.5-inch on either side for pressure and heat to escape without damaging your grill or posing as a safety hazard. Asked by GK | Answered by TiffanyHi Will! While this may work it is not recommended since it was designed for use on a grill. If it is a gas range top then it will need a certain amount of ventilation that will be blocked by the griddle. Also, the sizing of stove tops are different so I cannot guarantee that this would fit flush without knowing your exact size.

Your cooking grid space is about 19.75 by 20.25 on the Double Play. Asked by Randy | Answered by TiffanyHi Roslyn! Yes this would work on the larger Weber Genesis grills. This griddle is 24.5-inches by 16-inches. Measure your grill and make sure that you have at least 1.5-inches open space on all sizes for gas ventilation.
Asked by Roslyn | Answered by TiffanyHi, thanks for asking. This should still work on either charcoal or gas, however, gas will be much more efficient when using this. You'll want to make sure that this griddle covers only 75% of the cooking surface so that heat can properly disperse, too.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
