I wanted to have a flat top without investing in another appliance. The Little Griddle is a good substitute for a Blackstone or similar appliance. I heat the griddle on a Weber Genesis S-330. The griddle fits well on the Weber with sufficient venting area. So far I have cooked potatoes, summer squash, eggs, bacon, pancakes, onions, mushrooms, burgers, patty melts, shrimp, and steaks. Only trouble I have is getting it hot enough to get a proper Maillard reaction on steaks and still keep them medium rare. I can get it hotter by closing the lid on the grill. I learn more about cooking on it each time I heat it up. Cleaning with water and a putty knife works pretty well. The grease tray gets hotter than the griddle so therefor is harder to clean.

Great griddle for eggs, pancakes and bacon on the grill. It was missing one of the bolt assemblies for the detachable handles. I called BBQGuys customer service and let them know the day it arrived. They said new bolt (can't get these at Lowe's) would be shipped as soon as possible. Still waiting, but it doesn't affect griddle usage. Just makes it harder to move around.

I use the griddle on top of an indoor household gas range. I purchased heat diffuser plates to level it and to help regulate the powerful front burners. It works great constructed very well. I use it everyday to feed 25 people breakfast... could not do that without the "little giant griddle".

I just received this, so I can not do an exhaustive review, but it is sturdy, and big enough to cook what I need. I was going to buy a large griddle from a store chain, but the price was more than I wanted to spend. I saw this, and it looked as if this would be the answer. I am pleased. It got here so quickly, in top notch shape, and I can not wait to try it. I will give more of a review once I have used it for a few days.

Perfect size for my Blaze LTE 4 burner grill. Fits perfectly with just enough space for the smoker box to contribute the smoke/vapor to the flavor. Large enough to cover great amount of food.

Asked by JL | Answered by WesleyI would say there would be no problem with it. I have actually used my on my webber grill and it worked great. You can't control the temp for the most part but you can move the food around to hotter or cooler locations on the griddle itself.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
