Kamado Joe Fire Starters - 24-Piece Box - KJ-FS

I've had this for about 3 years. There is a little bit of a learning curve from switching to this from an offset smoker but nothing to bad. I've smoked about everything on it. They always turn out pretty good. The only bad thing is that it's hard to get a good crust on it. I've had to replace the digital control pad but other than that it's ran without any problems.

These cubes are amazing. They light fast which ignites charcoal right away (usually within 2 minutes). They burn clean. I have found that two cubes work better than one however so I get about 24 fire starts per pack. One will work, but two seem to just work better and faster.

I've had this smoker for 2 years now. I have one our churches father day smoked pork butt competition. Beating out much more expensive guys with offsets and pellet grills. Love that I can use a variety of fuel sources. It's amazing at coming to temp very quickly. The fact that I can smoke at 175 but also sear a steak at 700 degrees is just amazing. This is the best grill smoker combo on the market hands down.

I got this pizza oven for my 800 series. The oven itself is very easy to place into the cooking chamber. The included side rails ensure that heat stays on the stone and doers not escape. The oven is very simply to use. Simply set temperature to 550 degrees and once heated slide your pizza in. In 3-4 minutes your pizza is perfectly cooked. There is no reason to turn or move the pizza. You cooks completely perfect without any effort. Clean up could not be more simple either. Simply turn the heat up in the cooking chamber and any leftover demos on the stone simply cooks off. Once cool you can just brush off the stone. This oven is well worth the price. The kids love making their own pizzas!

I have had my 1050 for a little over 3 years and it has worked fantastic the entire time. Keep it clean and the interior parts like the manifold won't rust out, and even if it does it is so easy to get replacement parts. It is large enough to even do whole turkeys with room to spare. It works great with a mix of charcoal and wood chunks, and can handle longer cooks with being checked every 2 - 3 hours just fine.

I use the fire starters for my gravity series grill. They last a long time and are easy to light. I break off two pieces and never have a problem getting the charcoal to light enough to get the grill up to temp.

This is a great option if you like doing whole chickens or even a turkey. The product works very well

I use it 4 to 5 times a week. Only issue is with the controller adjustment knob. It is very irradic when adjusting.
