Purchased a floor model in the fall. There were de real issues and some damage but. Customer see u e was amazing in helping me getting up and running. The grill/smoker itself is incredible. My new go to. Some issues lighting at the start but still working that out. It holds temps well and the app simplifies the whole process. Made brisket, tri tips, burgers, dogs, dump cake , poppers and more. Next try will be Pizza tomorrow. Thumbs up to Madtrr July and this ama ing grill.

This has been easily the best purchase I've made as far as grills and smokers. It maintains temps consistently withing 5 degrees and I have now done overnight smokes with no concerns. Any recipe any protien this smoker will take it on beautifully

I am a big fan of charcoal so this is perfect for me. Holds temperature well. 225 degrees for brisket, 600 to 700 degrees for my pizza oven that fits inside. I did get LSS mods installed before first use and believe it was a good investment, especially the firebox liner. I can't get wireless to work. Hope Masterbuilt offers upgraded controller later. Very happy with my 1050!

This smoker/grill is so convenient with the gravity chimney and the WiFi controls. The only thing I have to to really be in close proximity for is adding my smoking wood blocks when needed.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
