Have owned the 1050 for 5 years, use it atleast twice a week as a grill and 2 to 3 times a month smoking something. I have replaced the digital controller about once a year due to the Texas sun. The burner tube once about 6 months ago. Every other grill I owned would have needed to be replaced by now but this one just keeps trucking.

Love this Smoker. It has the versatility I desire to get rid of another grill. The griddle insert has been a favorite for the family. Only knock for the griddle insert is the amount smoke that will come through at times due to it being a smoker. Other than that great overall and is what I was looking for. Also a bit pricey.

I've had my 1050 cover for the past 4 years and it's still holding strong. It has a couple seams where it's starting to age but 0 holes and 0 issues!

Works sometimes, but most often end up using a lighter and starters before I turn on. Also, the amount of ash that covers the food over a long cook sometimes requires you to wash the meat. No matter what you do, the food gets covered in ash.....

I've had this grill about a year & a half and I use it year round and it has yet to disappoint me. It holds a very consistent temperature I use wood chunks and lump charcoal for a very good flavor. I highly recommend this grill over the pellet smokers, also this grill makes College football Saturdays way better

I have had my Masterbuilt 1050 for a couple of years now, I have smoked brisket, pork butt, ribs & pork belly on this. It is easy to use. I love the wi-fi blue tooth. I can set my temp. & monitor it on my phone. I really enjoy using charcoal instead of pellets, you get more of an authentic BBQ.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
