Have to see this has been the best grill cover I have ever had. They usually start to fade and tear with a year or two. I've had this one for over 2 years and it sill looks brand new!

I bought this because it offered a large variety of options on ways to cook and it hasn't disapointed. Searing, smoking, griddle, and pizza oven in one unit, without taking up tons of space for different units for each of those all while imparting great smoke flavor to my food. I've been using this for about 4 years and still going strong, highly recommend.

I've tried other brands, and these took twice as many and then did not always light the grill when Masterbuilt starters took almost always on the first try

Bought my 800 on 8/22 on 7/25 I had to replace the controller! My unit stays on a covered patio and the cover on when not in use. When turning the dial the temp was all over the map, it was very hard to set it. I used the app in it's place. Second issue as 7/25, controller was set to 250 but I had 2 analog thermometers that both read 170 degrees. MB was great in sending a probe replacement. The probe that attaches to the controller is hard to replace because the orifice is not big enough to pull through the side port. I love this grill but I think it needs some improvements. A great company listens to its customers and make changes for future owners. Would I buy another Gravity from them, YES.

Cooks great and provides a great smoky flavor whether fast or slow cooking. From brisket and ribs, to chicken, steaks, and pizza we are always happy with the food we get. I have had mine for years with zero problems. If it ever goes out I will be buying a new one.

I leave my smoker out year round in the midwest. This cover is thick and durable and will last a long time. If you plan to leave out your smoker I highly recommend this cover to protect it as its thicker than most of those off brand versions.

I have used this griddle multiple times with my 1050, I was so happy when they came out with this. It's durable and will last a long time. I have even switched from smoker mode when my brisket was completed to the griddle while it was still on it's so simple to set up, just increased the temp, and I was ready to make the sides for the brisket in no time at all.

Got this cover at the same time as the smoker, and couldn't be happier with it! Protects well from outdoor elements, and is easy to put on and take off.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
