I bought the grill and am having trouble with it being an even temp across the grill. Reached out to ask for help and they suggested Thank you for contacting Masterbuilt Customer Support. To accurately test the temperature of our Gravity Series units you will need to take the temperature of each corner of the cooking space. Once you have these temperatures you will add all the temperatures results together and divide by how many temperatures you have. For example, there are four corners of the cooking space so you would add all four temperatures together and divide by 4. This should be within 5 to 25 degrees of the temperature that the controller states. This does nothing to help with the uneven cooking and they closed the ticket as completed. This is the first time buying Masterbuilt and I will not buy anything else.

Cover was faded within 2 months and after 6 months it was brittle and started tearing at like tissue paper when I would take on and off. Finally just had to scrap it. Sad that a nice grill has such low quality materials in cover. Hate to buy a new one as it probably will not last and shape of grill makes regular covers not an attractive option.

A few bullets -Customer care is terrible -For the price I would expect much better materials, this is one step thicker than tin foil -charcoal consumption is crazy high due to the thin metal -doesn't very nearly as hot as stated, still can't sear a burger -low smoke due to the fan, the small hopper has to burn hot to keep the temp up, too hot for smoke to be sufficient -longest assembly in the history of bbqs, and this is my 10th smoker - returning this and going back to my previous set up

Terrible product. I have purchased two and neither of them work and you cannot get a hold of Masterbuilt to file a warranty claim. If you call the phone number, it refers you to the Internet to file a claim. When you file a claim you get an error once you fill it all out. It's very convenient to sell a product and not and not warranty a product. This product sucks, it stops spinning after about two hours on the first use, for both of my purchases. Masterbuilt please contact me because I cannot contact you!

We love the new Pizza Oven attachment. After a few tries we found that the rear of the oven is hotter than the front, so we do need to turn the pie after a few minutes. We also turned the temp down to 400 as we are not cooking really thick crusts. This is the most versatile grill I have owned.

Ive had mine for a year now or so and this thing cooks so even and nice. I love throwing a pork shoulder on at 10pm and going to bed with Charcoal and cherry wood in the chimney. Typically done a couple of hours after I wake up and I dont have to babysit all night. Im only thinking about replacing mine if insurance helps due to a nasty windstorm that threw my smoker into some big rocks and landscaping boulders. It bent the lid and handles making the fan kick on a little slower.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
