The perfect grill and smoker! I have a manado cooker, a charcoal smoker, a pellet grill and a gas grill. I will be selling all of them because this is the only one I need now. It is so easy to use and lights very fast, so weekday cooking after work is a breeze. I have had no problems at all and I recommend this product 1000%!

It is a great smoker, it has only been a little over a month but everything that I have tried including the rotisserie works to perfection, I'm still learning how to sear steaks but the ones that I have made they're really Good. The temperature control is amazing I cannot complain about anything so far, you just set the unit on the temperature you need and it will do it perfect every time.

I purchased this in June of 2021. It worked well for about the first 6 months. Board died then it has been touch and go since then. Fan stops working occasionally (due to carbon build up in the sensor plungers based on my experience). I kept a board as a backup (due to board reliability problems) and went to use it today and the board is throwing errors (brand new board). I would wait until they understand how to get the electronics solid before purchasing.

The temperature sensor has stopped registering the temp at all, so the grill is constantly in thermal runaway, the only way to get it to calm down is to open the lid. I've ordered a new temperature sensor (their support was incredibly hard to get ahold of and offered no help when they finally replied after 4 days). It's been too long to return to the store, so I guess I'm stuck with it.

I admit I didn't read the fine print. I was lead to believe this fit all gravity series grills. It is still brand new in the box but Masterbuilt refuses to take it back. Horrible customer service. I will not buy, or recommend Masterbuilt to anyone.

This thing is great!!! I'm from NYC and living in the south where there is no good pizza. I bought this thing, got a dough and sauce recipe from my buddy who owns a pizzeria in NYC, and I'm in heaven. 4 minutes to cook a pie.

We love the griddle. Nothing better than a smoked Sunday morning breakfast made on our 1050 griddle. Almost makes us miss Church!

We bought the Masterbuilt pizza oven to go with our 1050 series because the price point was far more reasonable than the Ooni we had been eyeing. I'm so glad we went for the Masterbuilt! It performs exactly as promised and is just an overall great quality piece. Highly recommend!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
