I've had issues with this thing fully turning as it heats up and got videos to prove. Hopefully Masterbuilt contacts me or sends me out a repaired item that fully spins.

I think it is great for what it is. Easy to plop in and fire up. Pizzas where great and crispy. Trick is cook the dough for 40-50 seconds on each side before covering with toppings. Helps the dough to cook better on both sides and get nice a crispy. Lots of homemade pizza nights this summer!

I loved the grill when I first bought it two years ago. Now that the control panel broke, I purchased a new one, and it worked for a while. Now the issue is the control panel says open all the time and will not heat up. After reading other reviews, it sounds like an issue with the grill. If you want a grill to last longer than two years, do not buy this grill. I live in the Midwest and stored the grill in the garage during the winter months (taking it out to cook when needed), covered it during the summer, and cleaned it twice a year.

Purchased the cooker in April of 2022. 1 year review. I have used my 1050 on at least 30 times. A lot of steaks using the reverse sear process as well as many racks of pork ribs. Grill lives under a covered outdoor space and gets additional protection from the masterbuilt grill cover. The grill has held up fairly well except for the display on the controller. The display began to fail within the first few months. It started working again when temperatures got a little cooler but most of the digits are difficult to read. I was told that the display was not covered but that I could purchase a replacement panel. I chose to just use the APP as I have a good WiFi signal on my patio. There is a fair amount of rust on the heat manifold and drip tray but it is not a problem. The metal seems to be strong. I would expect at least 1-2 years out of them. The hopper doors and seals look good. All of the pressure switches are in good shape. Wiring appears to be in good shape as well. Wire insulation seems to be well done (no pun intended) and the wires have held up to long smokes and fast, high temp sears. I can say that I would recommend the grill with the caveat of making sure you have a good WiFi network available wherever your grill will reside.

My husband bought me this a few weeks ago and the ease of using it is amazing and the flavor it produces is wonderful. It is the eastiest smoker to start and the temperature gets us the fastest I've seen and it maintains a consistent temperature. How could anyone not love it?

9 months old controller and fan went out. was told dont know when we will see the controller but has some free charcoal on us. its been 2 weeks of email and phone calls still no resolve on anything.

I've had this grill for just under 2 years and it's been nothing but trouble. I've replaced or removed all of the sensors due to carbon build-up preventing the fan from going on. Now the control board is dead, and at 18 months old Masterbuilt has declined to assist. The control board AC isn't even soldered to the board, and there's nothing to prevent the cord from being pulled out. Be VERY CAREFUL when moving this grill. Better yet, buy a gravity grill from another manufacturer that stands by their product.

I dont even know where to start. I ordered the masterbuilt gravity charcoal smoker from home depot. Once I received it. We unboxed it and was in the process of building it and we noticed the top leftside lid was bent and caved in. The rear lid leftside was rusted and theres a gap. The hopper hook latch is bent and the hopper lid is crooked. Now lets get to the parts and accessories. Some parts amd accessories was missing. Overall the experience I dealt with was the worst ever and the quality is bad very bad.

This grill cover fits perfectly! It's heavy duty and attractive. I specifically like the bungee cords and locking clips to tighten it and keep it on in windy conditions.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
