Here's the thing - the first impression of overall product quality is when you're assembling the grill, and the manufacturing quality is poor. While the materials seem good, there are too many fit problems with the various parts. See the pictures. I also had two weld nuts that broke loose when trying to attach the ash box, even with only light force. As far as operation, the charcoal bin should be removeable. Sometimes you'll want to add wood flavor chunks in the ash bin and other times in the charcoal bin. But removing the leftover charcoal after use is a pain (and messy) ... and there will always be leftover charcoal, so switching from one method to the other isn't as easy as it should be. Temperature regulation works really good, but it has trouble regulating below 200F. Once warmed up, it responds to a temperature increase quickly, in a minute or two. For example, when you want to increase from 225F to 350F to add a crispy finish to smoked wings. The panel controls are straightforward and the wireless connectivity to a smartphone app seems to work well. The app is a bit quirky and has 10 or more seconds of latency but seems to work.

Its a good design idea and I like it. Unfortunatelly grill is not made with quality materials: - controller started malfuntion 6 months after the purchase. Went out completelly 2 months after warranty expiration date. They should fix this under the warranty but they dont really care. Many people have same issue with the controller. - rust on the hinges, bottom plate leaking grease all over the place - hopper seals are leaking smoke and no matter i do they are still leaking Grill is stored in the garage, not outside. I dont think this grill will last long. Very Disapointed.

MB customer service is horrible, the rotisserie has several design flaws and I would never recommend those products.

We've had this thing less than a month and had used it twice when the display panel completely stopped showing the temp and the fan will not come on to heat it up anymore.

I love the grill, but have issues with it recognizing the actual grill temp. I am well within my warranty, and have had this issue from the start. Almost burned my grill and camper down twice, destroyed 2 nice briskets within 20 minutes, etc. Notified customer service weeks ago, they said they would send me a new thermostat deal. Still nothing showed up, and no response from them. Wi-Fi connectivity app deal is garbage also, I can't ever get it to work. Good thought though. Good news is you can get most of the parts yourself to fix, pretty much plug and play, so that's what I did.

Easy to put together and easy to figure out. Ive cooked a few things now and very happy with the cooking process. With the wifi i dont even have to be in the heat to cook. Great grill...

This is the most versatile grill I have ever owned. I use to think a pellet grill was the way to go, but this grill has the convince of a pellet grill with the taste of an actual smoker.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
