Bought last fall and the top started fading within a month of being on the grill. a few months later it started to deteriorate and come loose at the sewn sections. I have taped it up just about all over but I will have to look for another grill cover

I have owned quite a few grills my last grill was an electric smoker which I will never own another electric smoker in my life I will stick to the masterbuilt gravity series I bought the 560 and depending on how long it lasts I will eventually upgrade to a bigger gravity series

That's is my only problem with this model. It is a big smoker with such small hopper. Besides that it gives food great flavor and I love being able to use wood chunks also.

Interesting grill, unfortunately the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.... The customer service is not the promptest, and they don't even respond most of the time. The grille was delivered, but when I opened the box, i noted the grill cover was dented. It did not affect the cooking of food, but does take away from the fact that the purchase price is high. The other issue is that I have not been able to connect the grille to my Wi-Fi or phone, despite going through all the steps several times. I have attempted to contact customer service, but again there has been no response. Overall, the grill is OK, it is a pain to clean, and the grease catcher should be disposable, not an item that needs to be cleaned and reused.

I was given my 800 not this Father's day, but the one before last. I can't say enough good things about it. This is my first foray into smoking meats and honestly - The food quality has been OUTSTANDING. It's easy to light, keeps tems amazingly well, cleans easily, is versatile and everything I had hoped for. But....two small issues. 1. The App sucks. Worked fine the first 6 or 7 cooks then nothing. It tells me when I come to temp, but won't let me connect. Weird. Then it will warn me to shut everything down, but again can't connect. So there is an obvious issue there. 2. Won't go over 500 degree's. I know this means the switch on the hood is off. But, it depresses fine. So, I don't know what to do now when I want to reverse sear.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
