I'm a complete newb to smoking meat, so I needed a smoker that was fool proof. I love that the 1050 tells me the exact temp of the grill and the meat right in the app. I don't have to baby sit it all night like everyone I know has always done.

Electronics never work. I like the product it puts out, but the grill is just not worth the hassle.

Been grilling for 40 years. Always smoked and grilled out of large water heaters and custom pits. Read the reviews and firm believer of using various woods to smoke with. Charcoal cannot be copied ever in a pellet. Had used my 1050 for the last 12 months with NO ISSUE

Fits well, sturdy, heavy material. keeps my bbq dry and protected from the elements. The only thing not protected are the wheels which I hope Masterbuilt has replacements in stock.

Living in the Northeast, where outdoor cooking spans both winter and summer, my well-used Masterbuilt, in operation for years, disappoints in terms of durability. Despite being one of the better products on the market, it struggles with wear and tear, and replacement parts come at a significant cost. The warranty is particularly lacking for a grill that can reach 700°F, leaving critical components vulnerable to heat-related failures over time—a notable downside at the model 1050's price point. I've had my grill for 4 years. I need a new one already.

I purchased this grill on Black Friday for a good price. It came in I spent a few hours assembling after work only to try to perform the pre-season only for it to throw a err 1 code and an err3 code. I went through the trouble shooting online with no luck. It says err3 means over heated it didn't overheat bc I could put my hand on the grill grates. Err 1 supposedly is the temp probe sensor. There is only one way to install and it's installed correctly. Then tried to contact customer support and it's all online oh and my luck they are closed on Friday 12/22 till after Christmas. I was planning on smoking a brisket for Christmas and didn't imagine a brand new grill would have problems the first smoke out of the box! Highly disappointed and mad so I'm having to re strategize family Christmas meal!

You changed them. They are no longer have a coating on them. They are dry pieces if cardboard, they burn out quickly if you can get them to stay lit, and it took 6 bricks to get a chimney started. It used to only take one. Why did you change a great product? These new ones are horrible, please bring back the previous version.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
