Got a 1050 a couple years ago and I cook on it all.of the time. It's so efficient, accurate and easy to use. I love how you can smoke for a short time or I've done upto 18 hours, grilling steaks, burgers, veggies, griddle cooking (griddle sold separately but so worth it). You can fit a ton of food on it too.

I have had the BBQ for over a year now and have constantly enjoyed the features. The cooking is made very easy with the controls. The way you can save on charcoal fuel, not like other BBQs that have to burn what is in them to go out. No flame ups so less worry over burning items on the grill, which means less time watching over the grill. The wireless control adds to the easy use as well. This unit is the viable answer to great "Charcoal Backyard/Patio BBQ".

They do exactly as advertised and they burn plenty long enough to get lump coal burning.

The grill itself is excellent. Huge real estate where it counts and keeps a very tight control on the temperature even when it's cold and windy outside. My only complaint is the app. It's finicky sometimes and occasionally requires me to delete the grill and reestablish the connection. When the app actually works it's very handy.

I have had gas, electric, and charcoal grills and smokers in the past and none can compair to my gravity series 1050. I have been using it for over 3 years and have cooked everything from brisket, to fish, poultry to cream cheese and all comes out great. I love that I can add wood to the charcoal to get the perfect smoke flavor.

I bought the masterbuilt 800 gravity series about 10 months ago. I have been pleased with the ease of use and great results. The only issue I've encountered so far is some of the door switches haven't worked correctly, but I've been able to get them to work by playing with the switches.

I have had this grill for a few months now and think it's great. Love being able to keep track of the temperature on my phone. I convinced my cousin in to getting one as well and my son also has one.

I researched the 800 Gravity series and bought it beacause it came with a griddle. I bought it over 2 yrs ago and have ABUSED it! I cook on it minimum 3 times a week, smoked numerous briskets, pork butts, picanha, tri tips, baked beans....you name it I've smoked and grilled. Love the ease of the start up, control of the temp and taking care of it on my phone. Yes I've had issues but what product doesn't. Masterbuilt took care of me. Sent me an ash door that needed replacing and have worked around it till I absolutely have to do the work! I've talked the grill up so much that several people I know have bought them one. Bottom line...and this is how you know what you know...I will buy me another one after I wear this one out!!
