I don't know about the product. I cannot use my grill because it is missing the 'Charcoal Grate Assembly.' My issue is that there is no ability to resolve this fairly simple problem efficiently. I had to register my grill and file a support ticket last Thursday, then got an email reply that contained, "...We aim to respond to your request within 48 business hours. However, during periods of high demand, it may take up to 5 business days to receive a response..." If I had been able to speak with someone and a part was on the way, sure, I'd be disappointed but these things happen. It is somewhat understandable. Not able to contact anyone whatsoever? 48 to 5-day response time? Unacceptable. It is now Sunday. Yes, I realize that Saturday and Sunday are not "Business Days." That does not change the fact that my wife and I are doing yard work and had extensive plans to grill out on our precious "NON-BUSINESS DAYS!" Our old Weber is falling apart and is no longer fun. It sure would have been nice to have been able to speak with someone to resolve this three days ago! The owners manual has a big STOP sign and says: "DO NOT RETURN TO RETAILER for assembly assistance, missing or damaged parts. Please contact MASTERBUILT Customer Service at www.masterbuilt.com/pages/support. Please have the model number and serial number available. These numbers are located on the silver rating label on the grill." What a sad, disappointing joke.

I've had this grill for two years now and it's works right just a few times they delete my review each time the support team is horrible showed them multiple pictures showing it's not heating right and they said ok and nothing further when it does work it only works on low temps. High temps is horrible. Now the fan is not working

Don't buy it! Constant grease fires, even when I just cleaned it. Insulation and other parts of the grill burn and melt. Temp prob has gone out twice on mine within a year. Always having to fix issues

I originally purchased a 1050 Gravity, when I used it 3 times the controls stopped working. reluctantly I returned it and ordered another one and I'm glad I did. This grill cooks everything and does it very well. I love the fact that the engineers got it right.

The idea is fantastic and when it works correctly, it is awesome. Problem is that I said when it does work correctly. I have had this grill for a little more than a year and I already need to replace it. The fan does not work anymore and it was very sporadic when it did work. If you do not clean it after every use, it will start on fire and burn your food! It is very disappointing that it cost this much money and needs to be replaced in such a short time. I expected better quality

The cover is built to the form of the grill. Slides on easy, comes off easy but not too easy. It is made of thick material that seems like it should last.

I bought this in March 2023. The hopper walls burnt and warped and exposed all the aluminum fiber insulation. After writing the comments, it seems this is a common occurrence. Not only is this a health risk, being exposed to the aluminum fiber in your food, it's a lot of work throwing it away. Good idea but poor execution on quality. You have lost a customer, the name should be changed from Masterbuilt to Apprenticebuilt.

Works great. Wish it could work at temperatures lower than 250. Otherwise I love it! The unit came damaged in the box, nothing major, dented in a few places and handle was broken. Still works fine , but I'm disappointed that customer service did not offer me a new handle or some compensation for the damage.

I really like it! But yesterday was my 4th time using it and already having problems with the switches that detect the hopper door is shut.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
