Best smoke flavor and best of both worlds between the ease of a pellet smoker and a stick burner or charcoal burner. Just know that its is cheaply built but for the price you can buy replacement parts and mods pretty easily. Fan switches are known to go out pretty regularly as does the control panel. I assume water/moisture are to blame but don't know for sure. After 4 cooks I have only had the ash bin fan switch not work right and I lost my temp for about an hour.

I bought the Autoignite grill 4-months ago. I like the unit but the iPhone app stopped working suddenly. It will not connect to the wifi. I've done all of the steps; reinstalling the app, restarting my iPhone, making sure the password and wifi network has 15-characters combined with no special characters, antenna pointed at the ground. The antenna wire is not broken. My router is about 50-feet from the grill. I even created a new 2.4G wifi network. It still will not connect to the wifi. The unit will connect to Bluetooth but when I try to connect to the wifi I get a message "Joining network error." I bought the grill because of the auto-ignite system and the mobile app. It worked up until about 2-weeks ago. I reached out to Customer Service and followed all of their suggestions with no success. I am very disappointed that we cannot get this resolved.

I've had this for probably about 6 months now and have cooked on it almost every other weekend. So far I've been less than pleased. Starting out I noticed smoke pouring out of every door and crack possible. I got some gasket material and put some around the lid which helped however there's still some leaking from the lid as it's not a single piece lid, it's several different pieces put together, not even welded just bolted together or something. Then after several different smokes I had the grill just shut off several times during each smoke which if you read reviews from various sources, it's a semi common occurrence. I reached out and they did send me a new one however I haven't had a chance to replace it yet. The grill does a terrible job of maintaining your desired temperature. It'll be +/- 80°F sometimes makes me even wonder if the coals had gone out or something. Today I noticed there's a 1/8 to 1/4 inch gap on the outside of where the charcoal chimney thing is. So you see hot ashes fly out of there quite frequently so I guess it's a good thing I have this sitting on concrete and 5+ feet from my house otherwise my house may no longer be standing. So far I'm displeased with it. I would rather stick to my pellet smoker if I could.

Do not purchase this rotisserie attachment. Fresh out the box it would not ever make a full turn, only went 90° and then went in reverse if it turned at all. My brother gave me his unit thinking I had a bad one, but his did the same exact thing!!!! Total waist of money!!!!

Grill some New York steaks on first use and they came out very tender and moist, for first time out the box use all work as intended.

We've used this a few times and we do love it, however, as another review stated it will not rotate the full 360 degrees. We've done a pork loin and chickens and have had the same issues with both. We've tried distributing the weight differently helping it rotate but it will not it always stops at 180 degrees so one side gets really done and crispy and the other side not as much.

I bought this a year ago to replace a WSM I want a smoker that I could set and forget. The gravity series 800 does not disappoint plus the grill can reach 700 degrees for a nice sear. The griddle is a huge added bonus , smash burgers , breakfast , fajitas. Pull the trigger and buy one

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
