I bought this smoker and absolutely love it's functionality. Very versatile from searing, smoking, dehydrating and the griddle capabilities. I've been making beef jerky as a side business. This grill is totally able to make the perfect jerky. I just wish I had a higher capacity smoker with this capabilites to increase productivity.

I bought this 6 months ago and so far it's been great. I'd say the only issues I've had with this product is that the app sometimes doesn't connect to the grill so having to reset it a couple times was annoying. Other than that everything has been great.

I've owned this grill for over a year now. Griddle feature is functional, grill is amazing, but the smoker is the reason to buy.

I bought this Grill last year and love it. It allows you to cook with charcoal and accurately control the temperature. Not to mention you can adjust and monitor the temperature on your phone. Beautiful Machine

I've had my gravity series 800 for about a year and a half now. It's the best Grill I've ever owned, and I've used every part of it. Great seeing for steaks, the smoke feature is unparalleled and I feel gives a more even smoke flavor that is not overwhelming unless you desire it to compared to pellet smokers. This is the easiest way to get into charcoal and probably the best. Just light turn it on and it works it's magic. I like the app Feature as I can monitor and change settings on the go even when I'm not home on a long smoke. The Griddle Works fantastic too and the grill gets up to necessary temperatures easily for griddling some burgers or making breakfast. Best cooking item I own hands down. My only issue is the dial on the control center doesn't always work, but that's not a deal breaker as the app works great. I also own a 560 and have that at my parents for when I need to use one there.

I actaully got this Smoker as a gift and had known nothing about this brand... Let me ktell you, its been a great smoker and will be purchasing another once this one goes out. Love smoking on it and love that you can grill burgers when your not looking to smoke. All around great BBQ/Smoker that i recommend everyone purchase.

I bought this 3 yrs ago and I still love it! It works fantastic! I couldn't ask for a better smoker. Easy to add wood/charcoal and it maintains the temperature perfectly!

It's freaking amazing! I love that you can set your temperature via Bluetooth in the app! With all the functionality of this grill/smoker my daughter affectionately calls it a "Hotdog Cooker " so that's the name I gave it in my app! 🤣

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
