I purchased my first Masterbuilt 800 Series in 2021. Hands down it's the best all-in-one grill I've ever owned. It's great for smoking and offers a better cook than my prior pellet grill. It's excellent at searing, and gets to temp a lot faster than any other charcoal grill I've ever used. After 25yrs of grilling I finally found a keeper! Liked this grill so much, I purchaed a second one in 2022 for our cabin property.

It has been a couple years since I bought my 1050 and since then I have cooked countless delicious meals. This smoker eliminates the fuss and provides even the casual smoker with a means to produce delicious meals. It's easy to load, easily to refill, spacious, and accurate. Out of the box it does wonderful work with a small learning curve, but given time and practice you can really maximize its usage.

We purchased our 3 smokers in 2021. My husband and I are on the Georgia BBQ Association's 2023 Team of the Year. We were #1 in ribs and loin cooking on our Masterbuilt 1050s. They have been durable for all of our traveling and keep consistent temps for all of our contests.

I'm a wheelchair user, paraplegic and the setup is 100% perfect for me. It cooks evenly and fast when needed. It's an amazing product

Pizza is full of flavor and and crispy. Easy to set up and heats up quick. Pizza is done in a few minutes.

I bought this in spring and am amazed by how well everything tastes! The design of the grill makes it easy to use: fill the hopper, light it, set your temperature and grill away! The charcoal gives the food an incredible taste, without all the mess you would have with a traditional charcoal grill. It is a little more cleanup that a gas grill, but the flavor of the food more that makes up for that.

Having this grill for the past three years, it does everything and more. Pros - holds temperatures perfectly. Loving the three levels of grills inside. Cons - too many switches to fail. Had to override the ash door switches and grill lid. Using a penny to help close the charcoal lid. The manifold inside is quickly flaking.

I debated between getting a Gravity series and a pellet smoker and couldn't be happier I went with the Gravity 1050. The flavor is outstanding whether smoking or grilling. Controls are easy and consistent, taking much of the guess work out of a good final product, Highly recommend the 1050 to anyone that wants an easy to use smoker/grill and hat gives excellent results!
