Hello nellyo, We are very sorry to hear that you are experiencing some difficulties with your cookware! We would certainly like to assist you with these issues. To prevent foods from sticking, we would recommend cooking on a medium to low heat setting. Be sure to use an ample amount of butter or oil that will cover the entire cooking surface of the pan. Lastly, only add foods once your pan is fully preheated. When cleaning your cookware, we would recommend soaking it in warm soapy water and using a sponge or dishcloth. For harder to clean areas, we would recommend using a stainless steel cleaner such as the All-Clad Stainless Steel and Aluminum cleaner and polish or Bar Keepers Friend. Great pan. It heated up faster than my old one. I thought my stove didn't work well until I got this pan. My only complaint is the solid lid means I have to lift to check on things. However it fits the pot beautifully and is easily cleaned.

I love this saucepan! Nothing sticks when your cooking! Sooo much better then teflon. This is the second one I bought and I will be getting more.. Just have to save up. They're expensive, but worth every penny!

Great quality as with every All-Clad I own. Love the long, comfortable handle. However, it would be very helpful if the pan also had a loop handle on the opposite side for lifting a full and heavy pot.

Great pot. I have several All-Clad pots and pans and griddles. Lasted many years, BUT the 4-quart D3 is now separating layers at the top edge: The Middle layer has shrunk down causing a trough or groove, with very sharp edges for the inner and outer layers and danger of severe injury. All-Clad needs to replace it under lifetime warranty.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
