I have had my 2 qt for about 3 years now and it's great. Copper makes it very responsive to temperature adjustments and is great for soups and sauces.

Bought this pan in 2019 and I've been favorably impressed with the performance of this pot -- heats quickly and easily. And of course it looks great. However, within a few weeks, a number of white spots began appearing on the bottom of the pan. The spots are resistant to any treatment (e.g., Barkeeper's Friend) that I have tried. All of my cookware is All-Clad and I take meticulous care of them. This is a new problem for me. Very disappointing.

Typically, to avoid small white dots or pits from forming in your pan, we would suggest bringing liquids to a boil or wait until food starts to cook before adding salt. Pitting does not interfere with cooking performance but can diminish the beauty of your pan's interior. Additionally, to remove for cloudy white hard water spots remove by boiling a 1:1 white vinegar to water solution. We hope this helps!

After Revereware I had restarted my cookware with a set of Calphalon non-stick pans. I thought I wanted the non-stick feature. They worked great but after a while (5 years +) the non-stick started coming off. As I am becoming a much better cook, I've learned not go get sets but better to get the individual pieces you need and avoid the non-stick other than a couple saute pans for e.g. fish. I finally decided to start replacing some of my set pieces and am really pleased with my COPPER CORE® 3-Qt Sauce Pan. It cooks evenly, it's a great all-purpose size and cleans in a jiffy. Don't need the non-stick feature at all. Over the years I have purchased a couple of other COPPER CORE® pieces (a grill pan and large saute pan) so decided to keep going with the COPPER CORE® pieces. Looking forward to adding more as needed!

Beautiful finish that is easy to clean and maintain. I now have several of the two quart size saucepans. They are the perfect size for a family of two adults. I use them often. AllClad is my go to brand for cookware.

I bought this before Thanksgiving. I have been using my 2 qt. pan for many things but it was to big because I cook for 1 often. I am a HUGE fan of the Copper Core cookware this completes my more than ample set of Copper Core. This heats up quickly and the heat can be reduced for the balance of the cooking time. And it looks great on the stove, with easy clean up.

We needed to start replacing our aging non-stick pots and pans and decided to test out the copper core. We love it! It is beautiful and functional. It heats up quickly and evenly. I thought clean up would be a chore but it isn't. I will be buying more of this great set.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
