I originally purchased this fire pit planning to only use the bowl to incorporate into a round brick fire pit. After receiving and assembling, it looked really nice, so I decided to use it as an accent fire pit on our patio. Nice fit and finish, and the price was reasonable compared to other fire pits with smaller bowls. Very happy with the purchase.purchase.

After 5 years, I finally put this out to the curb for the metal recyclers to pick up, and it will be missed. Mine was outside year round in snow wind rain and sun. I drilled a few holes in the bottom of the bowl to allow the rain and snow to drain out when not in use. And always dumped out the ashes after each use. After three years it started to develop some rust. By the end of four years, it had taken on a nice dark orange rust color, but was still solid and going strong. Eventually it developed a number of half dollar sized holes in the bowl. And no, it was not because of the drain holes. This was just normal long term usage and wear and tear. So this spring, a few of the red hot coals fell through and lit the dry ground under it on fire. So we had a good laugh, and I wished my dear fire pit goodbye. So many memories!

I received the 35" Roman Fire Pit for Christmas as a gift from my mother-in-law. She has had the exact same model fire pit for the past six years and it still looks and works great. So easy to assemble I had it out of the box and together within ten minutes...No tools required! It's lightweight and durable.

I bought this to replace cast-iron fire pit I had. I'm sure it will be fine but it's a lot cheaper quality than my previous one Time will tell how it works only received it yesterday

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
