The hermetically sealed body protects the binocular from rain, the ingression of a large body of water, such as a wave breaking over them, or even total immersion accidental immersion in 1m of water for up to 30 minutes. The Pulsar Expert 8x40 Binoculars feature bright multi coated lenses which produce clean, crisp, sharp images, exterior flat protective lenses, ergonomic eyecups for comfortable viewing, adjustable eyepieces, lens caps, durable glass reinforced plastic body and an anti reflective coating. It also consists of built in switchable filters that allows three different viewing modes. A contrast mode thats usable in twilight conditions, a reflection mode that minimizes the reflection of light from surfaces such as water, snow, ice and glass, an optimum magnification mode for mobile field use which ensures quality performance in both daylight and twilight times. The Pulsar 8x40 Binoculars include flip up lens caps and a neck strap.
