This product was honestly the worst investment I ever made in pots and pans. I purchased it and used it happily for about three weeks, and then the issues began. The outside of the pots and pans looked dry in areas and oily in other areas. That was the beginning of the issues. I contacted customer service and was told that because I said that my housekeeper may - MAY - have washed one or two in the dishwasher, but I wasn't sure as she promised me she had not. And that was it; "you have invalidated the warranty" was all I was told after that. I then mentioned that the product was literally less than two months old and there had to be something wrong with it as different issues were happening with each piece and that I felt that potentially a manager could assist me further - the only response was "you have invalidated the warranty". I have purchased Cuisinart products for many years because of the quality - always a bit more expensive than others, but worth it. I will no longer be doing this. I would honestly suggest not purchasing this product.

I love this set of pans. Heavy duty, cooks evenly, no stick, cleans up easily . . though my only complaint is that they don't go in the dishwasher, but well worth it.

Sturdy handles, light weight cookware. Cleans easily. It's recommended to use only dish cloth and to hand dry. It appears if you used any type of scrubber it would ruin nonstick coating. If you let air dry you will have water spots, especially on lids Cooking appears as promoted, even and faster on lower heat settings (gas stove).

Hefty. Hold the heat and won't warp. Lid handles don't get hot. I prefer glass lids so I can see what's in the pan, but that's the one draw back to this set. I like cooking with them.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
