Great product easily assembly except the top shield in which some of the screws were stripped making it tough add nut to them. Had to remove washer in order to do so. suggest adding longer screws. also shield is flimsy it came bent when shipped had to reshape but still not perfect as the pictures.

I ordered this heater about a week ago. It arrived in 4 days. It only took me about half an hour to assemble on Saturday morning. That evening it lit immediately. It kept us warm with a glass of wine on the patio. It looks great and is easy to move around. We will get a lot of use out of it during the fall in New England.

Easy to assemble, clear instructions, lit on first try. Puts out a lot of heat. This is my second Fire Sense Patio heater and I am very pleased with it. Customer service was very good in sending me a replacement part on the ignitor.

Arrived today and found the packaging to be very good. Easy assembly although we made it much easier with 2 people versus solo. Very sturdy and all stainless fittings so it wont rust. Immediately turned on and heated our patio area perfectly.

It took two hours from start to finish. I used a 10mm & 13mm socket, adjustable wrench and a Phillip's screwdriver. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Once assembled, and I realized I had to insert a AAA battery, (super easy to insert) it took all of 1-2 seconds for the heater to fire up. It seemed like it couldn't wait to start up! I also bought a full-lengh cover for it. That will help protect it off-season. I can't wait for a cool evening to use it. One comment... I agree with another review that said to use a ladder to attach the top dome, instead of tilting the heater. That made a lot of sense.

I bought 2 of these heaters a few weeks ago. Assembly was easy, both units assembled in under 2 hours, by myself. I have a number of heaters over the years, these seem to be well made and the piezo ignition is really nice. puts off great heat. wish the top was a little bigger but still puts off plenty of heat.

Purchased this recently and it works exactly as promised. Easy to assemble, directions are clear, start up, operation and adjustment are very simple. All in all it would appear to be a great product. Five stars if the weight in the bottom were more substantial (you will likely want to lay it down in winds above 30 mph) and the hood were a single piece rather than an assembly of multiple pieces....still not bad though. 21 degrees last night and my patio was still kept nice and warm.

Just bought as an Xmas gift. Not hard to put together and works great (even after I opened the garage door and knocked it over after putting it together. It's that tall...). I'm sure it works even better without a dented deflector!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
