Good quality at a good price, I would highly recommend this patio heater

We bought this outdoor heater one year ago after having tried 3 other heaters all of which lasted no more than 6 months each. This heater is commercial grade so very durable, will not fall over even in high winds and has no rust despite being rained on! We are able to stay very warm even in the winter (our temperature does not fall below 35 degrees in winter). We are very happy with this heater and have had no problems whatsoever.

There are some patio heaters out there for less and many for much more. This heater is definitely much better quality than the less-expensive ones and easily beats a lot of those more expensive heaters. Great quality/heater for the price. The igniter system is easy and lights almost instantly. I do feel like the heater is slow to heat the area, but after maybe 15 minutes, we were getting quite toasty. I still may purchase the upgraded one piece reflector to broadcast the heat to a larger area but so far, I am pleased with the purchase. I would definitly suggest buying the all-weather cover to make the heater last longer. As others said, it's a bit of a pain to cover but it fits well once on. The only problem I've had with mine is that it's a bit top heavy. Even with a full tank,we've had to strap ours to the deck rail on windy days as it's almost toppled over twice when the wind picked up, even with the cover on. I wish there was some sort of weight that could be added to the bottom base. I've also noticed that the flame extends outside of the protective grill that surrounds the heating element. I don't know if the that is normal for patio heaters. I don't recall ever seeing that in the patio heaters that are at restaurant patios. We have not had it more than a few months so time will tell regarding how well the finish holds up. I would definitely purchase another one.

We have had patio heaters in the past and lighting them has always been a challenge. Not with this one! It is electronic ignition and lights instantly - no more pushing and clicking the starter for minutes at a time. The stainless steel is heavy-duty and the base is already weighted. Very happy with the purchase!

This is real quality, easy to assemble and puts out a lot of heath

Bought this about two weeks ago. Assembly went fine though there are some errors in the description of the bolts used in the manual. All parts were included, though the tank cover cylinder was dented. I called, and they are sending out a new tank cover after I provided proof via a photo, so not a hassle at all. Unit really keeps two people warm, an area about 6 feet across. Overall, a good value for the price. I may buy another. Only negative is the heat shield on top is pretty thin. If this thing ever blows over, the heat shield will fold like aluminum foil.

Solid, expensive feel and very attractive. Lights easily and generates lots of radiant heat. Ballast of water or sand not needed as in some cheap Patio Heaters . I've experienced my neighbors having difficulty lighting theirs and keeping them lit. Not a problem with this heater!!!

The heater came nicely packaged. Assembly and operating instructions were easy to follow. The burner fired up on the first try following lighting instructions affixed to post. Heated comfort zone could not be tested as yet due to windy conditions.

I obtained this heater through a silent auction. When opening the box, I was surprised at the quality of the materials. The assembly instructions were very clear and it was easy to assemble. The unit fired right up and it works great. We are looking forward to many years of great enjoyment on the patio with this new heater.
