Bought this heater just before the start of the fall for use near my outdoor kitchen. Assembly took about 45 minutes for two people, mostly assembling the hood, which comes in three pieces. My biggest complaint is that the hole for adding sand or water to the weighted base is unnecessarily small. Water does not really add sufficient extra weight and the hole is small for adding sand. So far, the heater has started easily every time, and gives off a really good amount of heat. Overall I am very happy with the heater and would buy again.

Purchase, delivery as promised. Reflector bent when unpacked. Notified WTLIVING, promptly received replacement. Easy to put together, works great.

I purchased this heater a few weeks ago for my Bay Home in Louisiana. It was easy to assemble with well written instructions. Taking my time, it took about one hour to have it ready to use. Putting it in use I was pleased with the performance. I may decide to purchase another one for enrtrrtaining larger groups. Great product.

Just received this heater shipped in yesterday. Received 6" of snow last night in coastal N. Carolina. Had it assembled in about hour and half without a socket set which really slowed me down. All the pieces were there and it fired up immediately. Nearly burned top of my hat while standing there sending photos to friends.You could actually understand the directions easily.

Purchased through Sears. Easy to assemble. I had some difficulty getting it to ignite the first time but it seemed to need purging. Got it to work so it's been keeping us warm now for a few weeks when it's 40 degrees out.

We purchased this item five years ago. Use it many times a year during our winters in Florida. It is perfect! Have had friends so impressed they bought one for their lanai. Great heater, we use on very low when just chilly and it's excellent on high for those colder evenings. Highly recommend!

So far it is a great patio heater. Steel is good quality and it was easy to put together. The instructions were very clear and it was helpful the way they operated parts in the packaging which made it easy to find. Heater does a nice job warming up the deck although it takes a bot of time before you really start to notice how much heat you are getting. Super easy to light! Looking forward to this keeping our deck warm on chilly days!

I just received the stainless steel commercial patio heater, and it took me only 30 minutes to put it together. The stainless steel was flawless and one can tell it was well made.Started easily and puts out a lot of heat.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
