Really like the solid construction and the ease of use. Took a bit to master the assembly instructions but it was easier to assemble as it went along.

We love our new patio heater that we received as a gift from our children for Christmas. It was a difficult job getting it together but once we did, it works perfectly. It provides enough heat to allow us to sit on our screened in patio during the daytime even though the temperature is in the low 50's. It has extended our time outside during this time of quarantine.

Canadian winters does not allow us to dine on outdoors but the patio lamp keeps our towels warm while we are in the hot tub!

Gave this as a Christmas gift to my husband. We both have enjoyed it very much. The only issue we have had with it is that it frequently flips the circuit breaker. Need to have an electrician come in to see if it is the outdoor outlet or a weak breaker. Besides this issue, we have had none and enjoy using it when it doesn't flip the breaker.

Bought 2 stainless steel heaters to work along side my black powdered coated units. They provide an area of warmth that allows me to enjoy the outdoor space despite the harsh midwest winters. I purchased my first set several years ago and recently replaced one of the heating lamps with ease. Assembly of the units are very straight forward yet I suggest a small inexpensive wrench be included as most folks may not have to proper size to tighten the bolts. I highly recommend the units as they look great and perform very well!

Not crazy about this heater. Doesn't put out a lot of heat very far from it. If right next to you, it's warm enough for a patio in the Winter, but we don't agree it warms a small patio area as our seat that is less than 4ft away doesnt get any heat whatsoever. Also it only turns on every 3rd time after you turn on/off the buttons a few times. Very annoying. Lastly, the telescopic points do not stay up all the time. It falls. I had high hopes for this heater for me to be able to extend our outdoor covered patio longer this year and it really missed the Mark. It looks nice as we like the stainless steel telescopic option—that was a positive for us, heater is just not strong enough. Guess we should have just gone with a propane option.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
