I am very pleased with my purchase! I have recently changed all of my cookware from non-stick pans to cast iron due to the dangers of teflon in the non-stick pans. Cast iron requires more care, but it is worth it. I couldn't be happier with this product.

Good for heating soups, browning small amounts of onion, especially for any slow-cook use. Has a nice slot in the handle for hanging it up..

It took us a while to find the right iron pot and we're glad to have found this on. It's the prefect size. It cooks food very nicely. We got it mainly to add iron to our diet naturally. The benefits of cooking in an iron pot are a bonus. It does require some attention to keep it from rusting especially inside the lid and on the bottom.

I use it to cook steel cut irish oats on the small burner of our electric range. I wanted a 1 qt souce pan and this proves to be a 1 1/2 qt pan. The important thing was that the base of the pan just fits the heating element on the range top. A cast iron pan was preferable because it adds trace iron to diet without needing pills.

I love the fact that you can get all the pieces in this cookware that other sets offer for the same price and in a lot of cases cheaper and i have found that out of all the cookware that i have tried this has been the best value for my money. I found that you don't get hot spots during cooking.The only downside to this cookware you have to remove it immediately after cooking other wise it take on the taste of the cast iron.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
