The RDV2-486GL-L 6-burner dual-fuel propane gas range features 13,000 BTU burners across the back, 15,000 BTU front center and right burners, and 19,000 BTU front left power burner. Each patented Fisher Paykel dual flow burner supplies a simmer temperature as low as 140 degrees Fahrenheit, enabling you to cook delicate sauces without scorching. The sealed burners provide a reliable flame beneath the cast iron grates, which form a continuous cooking surface for easily moving cookware from burner to burner. The grease management system on the 10,000 BTU grill allows you to cook healthier while reducing flare-ups, rivaling the performance of traditional outdoor grills. The ceramic rods produce intense radiant heat that caramelizes surface juices, contributing to authentic barbecued flavor. The control knobs are located on the front panel for safe, convenient access to each burner, and a sealed surface makes cleaning easy. The main oven has a 4. 8 cubic foot capacity chamber, and the secondary oven has a 2. 1 cubic foot capacity chamber, both are self-cleaning with hidden bake elements.
