Bring world-class cooking into your kitchen with the performance and precision of this Fisher Paykel 48-inch Professional range. The RGV2-485GD-L 5 burner propane gas range features 11,500 BTU back right and left burners and 15,000 BTU front left and right burners, and 19,000 BTU center burner. Each patented Fisher Paykel dual flow burner supplies a simmer temperature as low as 140 degrees Fahrenheit, enabling you to cook delicate sauces without scorching. The sealed burners provide a reliable flame beneath the cast iron grates, which form a continuous cooking surface for easily moving cookware from burner to burner. The 17-inch 24,000 BTU griddle is made of 304 stainless steel with a highly polished cooking surface for professional quality. The control knobs are located on the front panel for safe, convenient access to each burner, and a sealed surface makes cleaning easy. The main oven has a 5. 3 cubic foot capacity chamber, and the secondary oven has a 2. 4 cubic foot capacity chamber. The main oven chamber features three full extension, telescopic oven racks with five shelf positions, and the secondary oven chamber features two oven racks with five shelf positions. The spacious main oven chamber can accommodate up to a full-size commercial sheet pan. Cooking Modes: Broil, Bake, Proofing (secondary oven only) and Convection.

This Fisher & Paykel Professional all gas range has commercial cooking power with home kitchen styling. This range features two dual flow burner outputs, some burners reach 17,000 BTUs, and the remaining burners only reach 12,500 BTUs. All dual flow burners can quickly bring water to a boil or gently simmer as low as 140 degrees. We love the different cooktop options offered on this range, giving you a choice of cooking styles. You can choose between 4 - 6 burners with multiple grill and griddle options. We also like the precise temperature control, which creates endless cooking possibilities. With this range you can simmer, saute, fry and boil with ease. Cast iron grill grates provide a continuous cooking surface, so you can move pans around without removing them from the heat. The cooktops all feature a grease management system that directs grease away from the food during cooking and reduces smoke, which we love. The sealed burners, porcelainized cast iron grill grates, easily removable grease drip-cup and beadblasted stainless steel cooktop finish make clean-up a breeze. Front mounted, illuminated knobs keep your hands free of the cooking area, making this range safer to use.
Another feature we love on this range is that it has dual ovens. One full size 5.3 cubic foot main oven and a 2.4 cubic foot secondary oven. The main oven can accommodate up to a full size commercial sheet pan for some serious cooking and has three full extension, telescopic racks so food can safely be removed or checked while cooking. We also like that it features an infrared broiler as well as a convection baking system. This offers you a wide range of options in just one oven. The secondary oven has two full extension, telescopic racks offering even more cooking options. Each oven has five different rack positions, providing ample cooking arrangements, so you can cook a huge turkey or several casseroles.
