Hi Andy. The Fire Magic Charcoal comes as pictured. It does not include the heat shield.

Hi, I bought a fire magic charcoal/smoker built in grill that was purchased and installed over 14 years ago. It has worked great and held up really well. We love it. For father's day I am wanting to order my husband a new grill cover and he needs a drip tray to replace the current one on the grill. We want to make sure we are ordering the right items. Our grill was from the charcoal series. It is stainless steel. The dimensions are 30x18 and 540 square inches. Back then the model number was 14-SC01C-A. Will you please tell me which two items are the correct sizes to order for the cover and the drip pan? I had placed one in my cart but decided I better check with you first. Thank you

Hi, great question! This drip tray is designed for use with the Aurora A830 built-in grills, so it may not work for the grill with the model number 14-SC01C-A. We do have a cover which is available here www.bbqguys.com/fire-magic/grill-cover-for-aurora-a540-choice-c540-built-in-gas-grill-or-30-inch-built-in-charcoal-grill-3643f , but give us a call at 877-743-2269 and we'll help you to get the right drip tray ordered.

When will my item arrive?

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you’re home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you’re out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
