I didn't know I needed thisThis thing is fantastic for seasoning or brining big cuts of meat. The most annoying part of seasoning pork butts was that I would get the seasonings everywhere, and this prevents that. Also makes it super easy to transport meat from the kitchen to my grill. I do wish the lid snapped in place instead of just kind of sitting on top, but it's not that big of a deal for me. | Was This Helpful? | |

Fatal flaw-This tub and cutting board was great..for me... But when I served brisket to my family one of them decided to cut a smaller piece off and lazily sliced across the rubber edge. Now the whole tub is ruined. I encourage anyone to keep their family away from their tub | Was This Helpful? | |
Good tubReceived as a Christmas gift. I used it twice, once for a 12 lb pork butt and the second time for a rack of ribs. After the second use. I found a crack in the upper corner of the tub.
