Lifetime Warranty

The stainless steel main burners, fabricated stainless steel housing are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the lifetime of the product. The stainless steel grates are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residental use for fifteen (15) years from the original date of purchase. The briquette trays and gas valves are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase. All other grill components are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. For one (1) year from the date of original purchase your Delta Heat grill warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any part that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. When used in a multi-user setting (bed and breakfast inn, private clubs, multi-dwelling condos and apartments), Delta Heat warrants this grill to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase. This multi-user warranty excludes commercial locations such as restaurants and food service locations.

Live everything about this Grill

I have had my grill for a year now and it looks and performs flawlessly. The stainless looks like the day I got it and we live in a coastal environment. My last grill was a Viking and it disintegrated in 2 years. It cooks surprisingly even all across the grates. For the money this is the best grill on the market today.

This is Solid

Very Solid Grill made of mostly Stainless Steel. Lights work well even in the Day time. 1 middle Burner on Low still heats and maintains 300 Degrees, 3 Burners on Low does 375 Degrees (Summer Time). I would buy this again for another home situation. This is not waterproof. A light Rain will fill up or even overflow the bottom Drip Tray onto anything stored below it with watery grease even with the Delta Heat Grill Cover.

I would recommend

Lights are nice. Works well. It replaced an Artisan. We found Artisan customer support to be significantly lacking. The woman with whom I spoke on the phone to order was very knowledgable. We needed a unit that fit in to the granite/space with precision. The Delta turned out to be 1/8" off, which our installers could work with.

Hello, will this grill hold up well in direct sunlight? Happy to use the cover, but grill will not be under a roof. Concerned regarding the review about it not doing well in the rain. Thank you.

Hi, Chris. Delta Heat grills will hold up quite well if kept covered. The 304-grade stainless steel is fairly impervious to most elements - rain, sleet, snow, sunlight, etc.

Question:
A couple of questions as to the Delta Heat; 1. Can it easily connect to an outside and buried propane tank. Is so, what model is applicable. 2. Are the lights battery operated, or is electricity required. 3. How well does the battery ignition work and for how long. 4. The Delta Heat comes with 304 stainless steel. The Sedona is made with a 201 grade. Does this make the Delta Heat less likely to corrode. Not sure why Links used an inferior metal. Thank you.

Hi Craig! This grill is set up to connect only to a 20lb propane tank. Speak to a licensed plumber for any other installation guidelines. Refer to page 5 of the manual for more details. The lights require electricity. The battery ignition works from a 9 volt battery. Refer to page 9 of the manual for more details. Question:
Can I make my own insulation jacket if yours is to large I only have 35" on the face of may outside kitchen is made with pressure treaded lumber if I was to have a stainless steel box mounts to the pressure treated framing would that be the same as your insulation jacket the grill will sit on a garnet counter top and the face will be stone ?

Hey Eric! If you plan on getting this 32-inch Delta grill, the 32-inch insulated jacket(model: DHIJ32) will fit properly. I would not advise for making one your own, as there may be complications. The manual states to only use their jacket. Hope this information helps!

Hi Richard. This natural gas configuration (model number DHBQ32R-DN) is intended for use with natural gas only, it does not include a liquid propane hose. The propane configuration of this grill (model number DHBQ32R-DL) includes a liquid propane regulator and hose.

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don’t require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren’t required to sign for the pallet(s). If you’re home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you’re out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
