The Artisan Fire Pizza Oven includes dual burners that offer cooking heat from above, with the bottom burner being used for balance. Because of its dual burner, hollow core design and gas fuel, the pizza oven can be ready in just 45 minutes to create authentic Neapolitan pizza—instead of waiting on a wood-fired brick pizza oven. Plus, topping out with a whopping 45,300 BTUs in total, this oven can hit up to 1,000°F.
Designed as a countertop unit, which can be purchased on its own for your existing outdoor kitchen island, Kalamazoo’s Artisan Fire Pizza Oven can also be seamlessly integrated onto the brand’s two additional configurations: the Artisan Fire Pizza Oven Station and the Artisan Fire Pizza Oven Cart. While the actual pizza oven will need to be purchased separately from these models, both provide their own unique benefits. The pizza station includes ample counter space for prep, storage, and pizza making, with bins and ice reservoir built into the countertop to store toppings and keep them chilled. All on a until built from heavy duty 304 stainless steel. Likewise, the cart model is similarly made from stainless steel but includes side shelves and bar handles to also empower outdoor users.
Finally, in addition to their standard 304 stainless steel pizza oven, Kalamazoo offers a marine grade stainless steel Artisan Pizza Oven ideal for coastal climates. These units provide the same heavy-duty construction, dual burner configuration, and fuel types.
