Sunbrella Patio Umbrellas

Sunbrella patio umbrellas offer protection beyond just shade. Every yard of Sunbrella fabric is solution-dyed, meaning that each thread is completely dyed through instead of just on the surface, making them exceptionally fade-resistant.
Patio umbrellas are available in a variety of configurations, all available with Sunbrella fabric. Market umbrellas have 4–8 supporting crossbars that extend from a center pole and can be used in a patio table or freestanding. Cantilever umbrellas are supported by an offset pole located on the outside of the canopy instead of being centered. They are best used freestanding to provide shade over various styles of lounge furniture. Lighted umbrellas are available as market styles and provide ambiance with LED lights strung underneath the canopy along the support ribs.
Most umbrellas will need a stand and base. Even if being used with a table, your umbrella won’t have the stability it needs to stand up straight and work properly without one. Think of it as the foundation your umbrella needs to be properly supported. The recommended weight of the base will depend on the canopy size and whether your umbrella is being used freestanding or in a patio table. Freestanding umbrellas need a base that’s heavy enough to prevent them from being knocked off balance in windy conditions and some smaller or table umbrellas can manage with a lighter base.
