| Great for long sourdough loaves!This works great for longer sourdough loaves (rather than the round ones). I love how easy cleanup is with the enameled surface. I've burned a loaf to the pot (parchment paper wasn't quite long enough) and it still came off after soaking for a while. Sourdough loaves come out great!
