I had another flat top grill, but way to hard to keep up with the rust. This grill So far so good, it been easy to care for and use.

We received our griddle today ! A snap to assemble ! We seasoned it per the directions, cooked sweet potato's, sausage, winner's, hamburgers and T bones! Fantastic griddle, we love it.

We're both in our 60's so it took a little longer than the claimed 30 minutes to assemble, but we managed. Have only used it a couple of times before the snow came around. It seems to work well, I'll have to learn the temperature variances, parts of the griddle get hotter than others. I'm looking forward to spring so I can start using it on a regular basis. After watching Sam the Cooking Guy with his EVO, my wife insisted I buy the Cuisinart (several thousands $$ less), she's looking forward to my using it as well. We have several Cuisinart appliances in our cooking arsenal so I have a good trust in their products. Live long, Eat well.

Very happy with the grill , it is great for burgers and high fat meats that typically flare up with open flame grills . The round shape makes it more compact while still having plenty of cooking space. Things to be aware of are , you need to season the cooking surface before using it and there is a bit more clean up after cooking unlike the open flame grill I was used to.

I will be honest and say that I was skeptical at first that I would enjoy using this grill as much as I do my traditional BBQ. Where's the grill with upper shelf for warming? Round not square? I was wrong! Simple to assemble and only took 30 or so minutes to complete. Bacon and eggs while camping? With no skillets needed? I love it! The ability to cook multiple things at once is great. Omelets made easy, bacon simmering to the side and yes, a few sausages hanging out to the other side. The large surface works well when cooking for 5 and the surround style drip tray makes things much easier as you are cooking. As grease is not dripping straight down I can use my spatula to direct some over to add flavor as I added potatoes to the cooking area. The rest just goes into the tray area. The dual heat control worked well when I needed to keep some things warm and others still cooking. The paper towel holder came in handier that I thought it would and allowed quick access when needed. All in all a great griddle. Easy clean up, light weight and easy to move around. Favorite new weekend toy.

This flat top grill brings outdoor cooking to another level. You can cook anything on this beast. If you are looking for options for outdoor cooking besides bbqing this is the grill for you. All meat that I have cooked on this thing the juices get locked in and is a pleasure to eat. There is so many more things I want to try cooking on this bad boy I know it can handle it.

The Cuisinart 360 Griddle Cooking Center can do it all. I can make breakfast, lunch and dinner on it! I love the ability to cook my eggs outdoors right on the griddle itself. This outdoor griddle is well made and cooks evenly. It is large enough to cook an entire breakfast. Eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes and potatoes. I can cook for my entire family of four. It's quite convenient that it has a fold down tray and underneath that I can hang my roll of paper towels. The tray is very sturdy and will hold heavy dishes of food. It has a lift off cover that will hang on the side of the griddle as I am cooking. Cleanup is a breeze. There is a grease tray that is removable so I can easily empty it and wash it out. Then all I need is a paper towel to clean the drip tray that surrounds the griddle itself. The griddle is the perfect height so that I can cook comfortably. It has two heat zones, so it is very consistent when cooking. I can adjust the flames underneath the griddle, and it is very responsive and accurate. The griddle heats at 30,000 BTU's. I can also steam, roast and smoke with the Cuisinart Griddle as well. My husband loves to make pizza on it. It comes out with a perfect crust. The versatility of this griddle is awesome. I can cut down on my indoor cooking which can really cause odors in my home. I am very pleased with the Cuisinart 360 Griddle. The griddle also can be maneuvered around my backyard since it on wheels which do lock. The quality of Cuisinart is impeccable. This griddle should last our family years. I look forward to using it at parties.

This Cuisinart Griddle Cooking Center is literally an ALL-IN-ONE cooking center! You can cook any meal at any time and it's so easy! The cooktop is large enough to feed my family of 5! The steel top is very easy to clean as well! You can cook so many ways on it! Griddle, Smoke, Bake, Grill, Steam, Roast, Stir-fry, and Sear! This is perfect for camping or outside at home since the set up is so easy and quick you are able to take it with you! I LOVE the prep table and paper towel holder! There are so many extremely thoughtful additions to this cooking center! Coming from someone who cooks daily the small things count! The lid vents to let you steam and smoke your food to perfection! The overall appearance is very elegant and clean! I definitely suggest this to ANYONE and EVERYONE who likes to cook outdoors ever!

Hi Andy. Although the griddle is removeable for maintenance and repairs, we would suggest using pots and pans on the surface of the griddle.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
