Take your grilling game to the next level with the Camp Chef Woodwind WiFi, featuring all of your favorite Woodwind series features, plus a full-color display, WiFi and Bluetooth-enabled PID controller that lets you control your cooks from the palm of your hand. Set temperatures, adjust smoke levels, set timers and even receive notifications when your meat reaches desired temperature using the Camp Chef Connect app on your mobile device. With the turn of a knob or tap of a finger you can set temperatures as low as 160 degrees for smoking and up to 500 degrees for the perfect sear. Smart Smoke technology keeps your Camp Chef pellet grill within 15 degrees of your selected temperature. Adjust smoke intensity just as easily with 10 levels to choose from. The PID controller also allows you to connect and monitor up to 4 meat probes and grill temperatures simultaneously, it even has a built-in cover to protect the display when not in use. The Woodwind WiFi is constructed of durable powder coated steel with a stainless steel lid and fire box. It features a 19 1/2 by 22 inch enameled-steel primary cooking area and a 2-piece nickel plated upper rack for 797 square inches of total cooking space, all heated by up to 25,000 BTUs of cooking power. The 2-piece upper rack is also height adjustable, giving you more room for taller food without having to completely remove the upper rack. The automatic auger dispenses pellets as needed from the high capacity hopper, which holds up to 22 pounds of pellets at once and has a viewing window and pellet purge feature for emptying or changing out pellets. The hopper even has a built-in bottle opener and a chord wrap for extra convenience. Slide and Grill technology allows you to switch between direct and indirect flame cooking with just the pull of a knob. A continuous fan ensures that your grill stays evenly heated and smoky, so every bit of food is perfectly cooked. When you are done cooking, clean up is easy, thanks to the exclusive Camp Chef ash cleanout system. Simply pull open the trap door with the side knob and empty the ash cup underneath the grill. This grill also features a pair of large, heavy-duty wheels for easy rolling and maneuverability, and a powder coated steel bottom shelf. Includes 4 stainless steel meat probes. This Woodwind WiFi also includes a Sidekick, which has a 28,000 BTU burner and 231 square inch Sear box. Remove the sear box to use the Sidekick as a powerful stove, great for frying or boiling. The Sidekick also has matchless ignition using a fully adjustable heat-control knob, and Wind Baffled Technology to prevent your burner from being blown out. A hose, regulator, and holding bracket are included for a 20-pound propane tank (tank not included).

 | The PID and Smoke number control is great.I bought my woodwind pellet grill three years ago. It's never failed me. There smoke flavor is soft and not abrasive ; never "over smoked." If you use a good quality of pellets the bbq taste will be delicious right on the money. Only had one flameout and it was my fault. Did not have my smoke stack open enough to create a proper air flow. With three years of cooking the only regret I have is that I wish I had bought the 36 Woodwind model. | Great GrillThis is my second Camp Chef grill and it's a 2nd generation Woodwind 24 with the Sidekick, the optional pizza oven, and the optional front folding shelf assembly. My previous grill was the 1st generation Woodwind 20. The new Woodwind 24 is a pretty big improvement over the smaller one. I had the smaller one for over a year, and I obviously liked it a lot. Which is why I chose another Camp Chef, and I'm very glad I did. I decided to upgrade primarily because I wanted the Sidekick with its great versatility and the Sidekick will not fit the smaller model. But the Woodwind 24 has many advantages over the smaller version. The Woodwind 20 is a good grill, but the 24 is a truly great grill. Prior to getting into pellet grilling, I was using a Bradley Smoker, a Weber Performer charcoal grill, and a Weber Summit gas grill. As you can tell, I'm into outdoor cooking. Since getting into pellet grilling and smoking, I use the Woodwind about 90% of the time. I use the gas grill when I want to do something very quickly, like a burger. The other two are gone. If I could only have one grill, it would be the Camp Chef Woodwind 24 or 36. | Was This Helpful? |
| Great Customer ServiceYes the grill is great but this is more about their Customer Service. I had a small problem that needed attention after about a year. They were easy to contact and addressed my issue immediately. Once I took the grill apart to replace the defective part, I found another part that was questionable and let them know. | Love camp chef productsThe wife surprise with the woodwind 24 for my birthday. Totally didn't expect it since I already have the camp chef 24 smoke vault, camp chef explorer and kamado cooker but I'm glad she did. I know several people that have the other brand pellet cooker but my research came up with the woodwind because of the special features like pellet dump, ash dump and smoke level plus the 4 probes availability. I'm familiar with camp chef quality so it's a no brainer. The wife and I put it together with no problems. All parts were there, nothing was damaged and it took only an hour with the instructions provided and we didn't have any arguments putting it together. This unit is great. I have changed pellets 4 times with ease trying to find the perfect smoke flavor. This unit after start up and a few minutes to get to temp stays solid with minor variations even at smoke level 8. | High quality equals easy assembly.The quality of the grill is apparent during the assembly. Rivets are tight, and align perfectly with each part. I love all of the features, the ease of dumping the ash, the direct flame option to sear meats at the end of a smoke. It is so easy to change pellets, you can completely empty your hopper, and replace with a different flavor pellet in minuets. | Not JUST a pellet grill!After researching several pellet grills I concluded the Woodwind WIFI 24 fit my needs perfectly. I have not been disappointed in the least. I went "full monty" and got the side kick w/ sear, griddle, and pizza oven.
