| Italia Pizza PeelThis is the best pizza peel I have owned. The older peels I had would split and splinter even with using Mineral Oil. This peel is rugged, well made, and is smooth and allows the pizza dough to slide off onto the pizza stone with ease using a little cornmeal between the pizza dough and pizza peel.
