The burner is excellent in quality and function, The problem comes in the the controls. The metal cover holding the control housing and knobs could have been manufactured better. Part of the problem comes in because of packaging, the item should have been boxed better which would have not allowed the controls to move around.

I ordered a burner to put into my outdoor kitchen, when the unit came it was not putting out the heat I expected and the pilot light did not work, but I the support team at bbqguys were great and had a new unit shipped out, I dropped it into my granite countertop and built a custom panel for the front, since the original one looks a little cheap. Now I have a real powerhouse of of a burner outside which also looks great at a good price!

The Cajun Cooker is great to use when canning with a pressure canner. Not only can you use it outside, your kitchen will also stay cooler.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
