I use this on my gas grill as a griddle. I love cooking steak fajitas and vegetables on the grill.

I use this griddle mostly for frying bacon on my 30" Bull Outlaw NG grill. Also for grilling veggies. It has no sticking issues and great even heat distribution. The grease trough catches all the grease and it's easily removed for cleanup. A bit of caution handling it. It weighs more than my stainless steel griddle and it has some sharp edges the foundry should have grinded off at the mfg site. It's heavy duty design should aid in great grilling success.

If you like using a grill/griddle indoors or out doors this is for you. Cast Iron, heavy and durable. EXCELLENT!!!!!!!

I own a restaurant, and have forever been looking for a large enough cast iron surface for cooking chops & steaks. Nothing beats a cast iron pan for cooking meats, and this is by far, the biggest cast iron grille pan I have ever seen. You can even flip it over to use the cast iron griddle if you need one. It has made my life so much easier. Thanks ! ! ! ! Carol

I needed a griddle for pancakes, to fit more than 3 in a fry pan, and this one was the right size. It fits across 2 burners, and leaves room on to keep them warm in a stack.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
