Broil King offers a limited lifetime warranty on the cookbox (which includes lid, control panel & housing). The stainless steel Dual-Tube burners is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for ten (10) years. The stainless steel Flav-R-Wave cooking system, stainless steel grates are warranted for five (5) years. All remaining parts and paint are warranted for two (2) years.

Great grill that gets super hot
I had a Broil King Regal from 2004 - 2016 and was very satisfied with it. When it needed to be replaced I did the research and settled on another Regal; the S420 (propane). It gets really hot. 50,000BTU, which is hotter than a lot of its competitors. I didn't care about the side burners and the S420 omits them. I went with the stainless body and stainless grate just to try them. My previous B-K had cast iron grates. They are both good. The side shelves do not fold down like my previous Regal. But one side of the base provides storage which the previous Regal did not. Overall I'm very happy with the Regal line. For me it hits the sweet spot between features and price.

Very satisfied!
We've had the Broil King Regal S420 Pro Stainless Steel for 6 weeks. No side-burner. No propane tank. The grill is natural gas, and so is my house. A+ performance. Very even heat. Convenient thermometer. We cook steaks, hamburgers, seafood, pork, corn beef, bacon, vegetables, and potatoes. We use it as an outdoor (& second) oven to reduce summertime heat, and also in the winter (in the future). Stainless steel grids clean nicely with wire brush and water when hot, as recommended. Lowe's assembled it perfectly. Negatives: 1. it's hard to tell if a burner is successfully lit. 2. I installed it. Lowe's will not install it. It is necessary to connect the female grill-hose-end to the female house-pipe-valve-end. What is needed is a male-male pipe converter that has the proper pipe-width on each side and the proper thread style on each side. The thread style required plumbers-tape on each side to seal it. I went to Lowe's 3 times and finally to ACE Hardware (twice) to find the right converter. Each time I took the grill-side-end (which has the quick-disconnect) to the stores to make sure I got that side right. Obviously, I couldn't take the house-side. I finally found a single converter that worked (not double). Despite the negatives, we strongly recommend this product. -Perry

Super grille
I had many brands before, but this is head and shoulders above the rest. It sears and grills steaks and chicken like nobody's business. The only improvement that I see it needs is flare ups with hamburgers and greasy sausages/brats. Despite the the slotted heat and flavors trays below the the grilling bars, the grease and flames make their way through the slots. If there were a sheet of perforated stainless (round holes) that set in just below grill, ot would prevent that and allow juices and flavors to vaporize and heat to come up without the opportunity for the flames to come up. Otherwise, this is a top notch grille with all stainless steel construction. ...truly awesome. I can cook friends steaks rare, and medium rare with a beautiful sear on outside. It works great and easy to clean. I no longer have to use a wire brush, just some paper towels and a scrubby sponge with some water. It is great!
