I can't get this thing to come close to heating evenly, or properly. Super disappointed.

For the price point, it's a good grill and was a definite step up from our Weber Genesis. A couple of quirky minor issues but the grill is solid.

I had a Weber for over 10 years and it pains me to have let it go and bought this instead. The material on this bbq is superb but the most important thing which is how it "cooks" it's a terrible design. There are so many inconsistency with temperature, the back burners burn your food and the ones close to the knobs basically don't even cook your food at all so you are left out with burnt overcooked food. I feel like the burners are way too close to the grill causing the flames to burn your food and not letting your food be cooked. I get depressed every time I use this grill and the amount of money spent. "DO NOT BUY"

Rear Burner does not work no matter how many times Blaze attempts to troubleshoot. They also act as if this problem Is only on my grill when lots of customers are complaining. Cheap rubbers on the knob cracks after 1-2 uses. Sure it looks nice, but customer service is not owning up to their poor product.

We purchased our grill 2.5 years ago and were so excited to receive it. This grill gets insanely hot and normally I might love that but insanely hot is terrible if this is your everyday grill. It limits what you can grill of it is a delicate fish. One of the Berber's shuts off when you turn it all the way down. The rubber grips on all the knobs fell off within the first year. Generally, it feels like a fancy or expensive Weber. I would not buy this grill or brand again.

This undoubtedly the worst grill I've ever had. I don't know if it was the installation or the quality of the frill, but it's been one problem after another since day one.

I've owned this grill for less than a year, it's always covered when not used. The rubber on all the knobs are cracking and falling off, it flames up horribly even on the lowest setting, despite proper seasoning and cleaning the grates are rusting and in total I may have grilled on it 20 times. Extremely disappointed, total crap product.

Grill itself works fine. But the entire lighting function stopped working inside 3 months. Went back n forth with bbq guys and mfg and no one would step up with solution. Now stuck with high priced grill with no lights in. Built in outdoor kitchen. Could be worse just expected more when I bought this a drawer set, outdoor fridge, etc.

If possible I'd give 2.5 stars and given the choice knowing what I know today I would have purchased something different. See my YouTube channel chriscarella5892 for full review.

I've cooked on stick burners, charcoal, and propane. I've always wanted a built in natural gas grill and after months of research the 32 inch 4 burner fit my budget and has everything I was looking for and then some. I finally got it installed today but my kitchen isn't finished yet. It's beautiful. I haven't cooked on it yet but I can't wait. It took 4 minutes to get to 450 degrees. At 15 minutes I was at 700 degrees! That's hot! Can't wait to sear some steaks. It's well insulated and appears to be pretty good quality. So far it's on another level compared to my previous lp grill. I anticipate my first cook soon and can't wait.
Questions & Answers
Hi John. Blaze requires a minimum distance of 16 inches from the back and 14 inches from the sides for clearances to combustibles. Composite materials are considered combustible.
Asked by John | Answered by WesleyHi Alex. Please allow an additional 5 inches behind the Blaze Grill to accommodate the hood. We typically suggest using a 29 or 30 inch counter top.
Asked by Alex | Answered by WesleyHi Sara. The Blaze Infrared Sear Burner doesn't have to be a permanent installation. It is engineered so that it can be used interchangeably with the original burner, and easily swapped out.
Asked by Sara | Answered by WesleyHi Uncle Dan. The regulator on the natural gas Blaze Grills is already installed and set correctly for natural gas.
Asked by Uncle Dan | Answered by WesleyHi Steve. The shipping weight for the Blaze 32-inch LTE is 126 pounds.
Asked by Steve | Answered by WesleyHi, Kenny. The Pro model grill is a bit deeper than the LTE/LBM models and its smoker won't fit on the smaller grids. The LTE/LBM grills have their own smoker box made to fit right under their grids: https://www.bbqguys.com/blaze/stainless-steel-smoker-box-blz-smbx
Asked by Kenny | Answered by LoganMy invoice for the smoker box says I have the BLZ-SMBX. It doesn't say PRO so not sure if it's the same one. but the one I have does fit my grill.
Asked by Kenny | Answered by grubbsfam218Hi, John. You've got it right: rear burners are just for use with a rotisserie kit.
Asked by John | Answered by LoganGet it for searing. Do you absolutely need it …no but you probably don't need a 5k grill either.
Asked by John | Answered by leeharrisThere would be no need for the rear infrared without a rotisserie unless just providing some indirect heat to maybe keep some Items warm without a burner under those items that would keep cooking them.
Asked by John | Answered by ericI just installed my grill and don't yet have the rotisserie but plan on adding it. Could be useful to preheat grill or to keep things on rear rack warm.
Asked by John | Answered by bertHi, Jay. The heat zone separators are optional (though we do like them) but everything else does need to be reinstalled. One of the things the flame tamers will do is catch drippings to burn them back up as delicious smoke. What they don't burn would continue down to the drip tray but if you're not seeing much that's not a problem: it just means you're making use of everything your food had to give and not wasting extra left in the tray. If you tended to cook fattier meats or use a lot of sauces you might find more to clean down there. Blaze has a video on cleaning their grills that might help you to put the puzzle back together: https://youtu.be/2KNm9_-CQN0
Asked by Jay | Answered by LoganHi, Mark. When replacing one grill brand with another, our suggestions are to either recut the opening, or find an insulated jacket that will closely fit. Please give us a call at 877-743-2269 and we can help guide you to the least "painful" solution. Unfortunately, the cutouts you have are too large for the Blaze LTE 32
Asked by Mark | Answered by WesleyNope, you need 33"
Asked by Mark | Answered by vbchicago1Hi Dan! This grill doesn't come with a natural gas line. Per the manual, it is recommended to use a flex connector with a minimum of a 1/2-inch diameter or larger.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
